In short

FitLog does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything is stored only in your own browser, on your own device. The developer has no way to access it.

What the extension stores

When you choose to record a workout, the following is saved to your browser’s local storage (chrome.storage.local):

• Workout records: date and time, duration, calories (optional), intensity, sore areas, whether you would repeat the workout, and a short note
• Video information: the title, av/BV id, uploader name, category, and cover image URL of videos you logged, plus the course it belongs to if it is a bilibili course episode
• Body weight: every weigh-in you record, plus a snapshot of your weight taken at the moment each workout record is created
• Settings: your weekly activity goal in minutes, and how your 1-5 intensity ratings map onto moderate and vigorous activity

Where this information goes

Nowhere.

The extension contains no server communication code. It makes no network requests, has no account system, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Your data never leaves your device.

Video cover images are loaded directly by your browser from bilibili’s image servers. The extension never handles or stores the image files themselves — only the image URL.

Who can see it

Only you. The developer has no means of accessing this data.

Exporting and deleting

• Export: right-click the extension icon → “设置与全部记录” (Settings and all records) → Export JSON or Export Markdown
• Delete one record: click the × next to it in the management page
• Delete everything: uninstall the extension in Chrome; all local data is removed with it

Permissions

• storage — saves the records above to your local browser storage
• contextMenus — adds a “Settings and all records” entry to the extension icon’s right-click menu

The extension requests no host permissions.

• 设置：每周运动量目标的分钟数，以及强度 1-5 分别算中等还是高强度的映射

这些信息去了哪里

哪儿也没去。

本扩展不包含任何服务器通信代码，不发送网络请求，没有账号系统，没有分析统计，没有第三方 SDK。数据从不离开你的设备。

视频封面图由你的浏览器直接从 bilibili 的图片服务器加载显示，本扩展不经手、不存储图片本体，只保存图片地址。

谁能看到

只有你。开发者没有任何途径访问这些数据。

如何导出和删除

• 导出：右键扩展图标 →「设置与全部记录」→ 导出 JSON 或 导出 Markdown
• 删除单条：在管理页的记录列表里点该条右侧的 ×
• 全部删除：在 Chrome 中卸载本扩展，所有本地数据随之清除

权限说明

• storage：把上述记录保存到你的本地浏览器存储
• contextMenus：在扩展图标的右键菜单中添加「设置与全部记录」入口

本扩展未申请任何主机权限（host permissions）。
